I was surprised at how quickly everything was completed. Plus our rep was incredibly friendly and perky for it being so early in the morning, lol. I was also grateful that he pointed out a service prepay package that essentially cut the cost in half... That was awesome!!

The employee who put the def fluid in my tank poured it down the side of my truck and just left it. On top of that i didn't ask for the fluid and you charged me $95 for it. Which I can literally buy for less that $20. The women who checked me out didn't even apologize about the price, the fluid crystallized to the side of my truck or even the extra 1 hour that I had to wait for them to try to clean it. I'm very disappointed with you guys. I just bought this truck from you and was going to purchase my work trucks from here in ther next year. Now that I see how you treat new customers when they come in for service, I can't risk my work trucks with you...
I decided to give the service department one more try before taking my business else where. Beth shined. She was honest, took responsibility, and the car was ready when she said it would be. Finally, a good experience with your service department. Keep up the good work Beth. Thank you!

My car was in the **** Hannah Chrysler auto body shop for 11 days, and even after the eleven days spent in the shop my car seats were still unzipped. Every time I called about the status of my vehicle, I was treated as a nuisance. I’m in shock because I buy warranties so this sort of situation doesn’t happen, completely dissatisfied with this shop and extremely unlikely to ever go again
