Jeff did a good job keeping me posted on the work and progress. He was great! However, the techs were not able to duplicate the problem and I am concerned I will have to revisit shortly. Jeff was working within the guidelines and I get that. But, it's too random of an issue for me to believe the throttle control is not defective at some level. It's just a matter of time before it throws an engine code/message again. Hopefully, I am not pulling an RV when it happens. I feel the part should have been replaced.

This is the second time my 1 yr old vehicle has been in your service department, one time for a routine oil change and the other was to have a tire replaced and a recall... why is it that my vehicle wasn’t washed during either service? A vehicle wash is something you advertise when you sell the perks of using the dealerships service department... but I feel like y’all do the bare minimum... not impressed with **** Hannah as a whole... my service writer was friendly and made sure I got done what I needed done however there is no going above and beyond here...

I will never visit, use, nor buy from a DH dealership again. You should be put out of business for the way you run and I will tell anyone who asks the same. Out of 9 phone calls and messages, NOT ONE was returned. I was told the car would be ready 3 separate times. I was told the parts were ordered BEFORE I dropped the vehicle off (that’s why I waited a week to drop it off). Then I was told after the vehicle was at your dealership for 9 days that 2 of the parts had not been ordered yet. NINE DAYS IN. Absolutely mind boggling.... what a joke..... never again...........
