Kelsey was exceptional in her communications however there was a lack of training exhibited in both front and back office services as department failed to secure and preserve evidence of fuel contamination needed to defend dealership’s no-warranty claim or allow customer to pursue reimbursement against fuel station or their insurance company or extended warranty provider. A $10,000 mistake. Given the Eco-diesels reputation and bulletins related to the more than average failure rate of the hp fuel pumps (my second eco/diesel hp pump failure in 6 weeks) the staff training should be much better to reduce dealership’s exposure.

I have been unhappy with our service! Our vehicle is not fixed and we e had to pay for a rental car! I am not happy at all! I will be complaining to a manager tomorrow!

It would have been nice if the car had been washed and vacuumed out as part of the service. I have had it performed in the past but I’ve had to ask for it, it would be great if I didn’t need to ask.
