Don't bother contacting me. I'm not returning
I was lied to and not kept updated. I would call leave a message for Kelsey and Cindy to call me back and I would never get a call. I was told I could get my truck multiple time and when that day came it wasn't done.
I'm very unhappy with my experience and will never come back.

I sat for a really long time in the service bay, with a small child, before anyone even approached our car to help us or acknowledge we were there and that it would be a little while. Once we were helped, our service agent was very nice.
I did not bring my car in for anything other than a factory safety recall. While I appreciate that the repair is done for free but if the fault is on your product Dodge should cover the cost of a rental for those that need it.
Darin was awesome, but the team communication with me seemed a bit lacking. But I will say it all happened on a Friday that I’m sure was incredibly busy. Thank you!

This is the 2nd time that my car has been in for the same thing. The 4wheelservice unservable light keeps coming on. Picked up my vehicle earlier and did not get to the end of the street and it came on 2x, turned around and went back to garage. Service man Scott did not know what to say or do. When they drive it the first time and they had it all day they could not get the lights to come on. They are just using the codes to fix the problem. I told Scott I would drive it over the weekend and report to him first of the week.
Teila was great to work with. Will be requesting her to work with on future visits.
I was glad they were able to get me in quickly at the end of the day and Scott was able to have them try to figure out what the sound I was hearing even though it was end of day and not much time. Enjoyed some “me” time at barnes and noble and the text alerts are perfect!
Service very perfessional.. too many issues with 2018 ram 2500 not dependable, very costly when it breaks down two times, selnoid **** issue, I travel for work, very concerned about performance of transmission and other issues that are happening now..def sensor..I don't know what to expect.. mark larose ****-****-xxxx cell

Everything went well only complaint was multipoint inspection was done improperly or not at all. Recommendations on services seem based off current mileage. (Recommended air filter when it’s been recently replaced) kinda tells me they didn’t even pull it out and check. Leading me to wonder what else was skipped over.
I noticed in the notes from the tech that the throttle body needs attention. At 1900 miles I find that extremely hard to believe. If so can you please explain. At $415, ain’t going to happen!
