It shouldn’t cost over $500 for a battery replacement. Very unhappy with the service. When I asked to use a coupon, I was given every excuse why it couldn’t be applied to my battery service replacement. It was a free diagnostic coupon that I think could have been applied. And it made me buy a vehicle at another dealer within the last week. I do not recommend **** Hanna to anyone I know when given the opportunity.

I provided The service department with a list of items that needed To be addressed. One was the front license plate bracket. The bracket fell off after experiencing major shaking while driving. This is know as “Death Wobble”. Surprisingly we located the license plate and bracket which was laying next to the roadway. We were subsequently charged for a new bracket. I should not have been charged because it did not fall off due to neglect or vandalism. Secondly the front leather seat covers have become detached. This was also brought to the attention of the service department. When I picked up my truck I observed they were still hanging down and not fixed. The truck has 2,000 miles and I paid 74,000 for the vehicle. I not pleased with the vehicle or the service received at this point.

I loved the ability to keep in touch by text and pay for service over my phone. With traffic the way it is around Portland and Vancouver it allows working folks to get their vehicle later than service hours.

Our only concern was waiting 10 minutes while our assigned service writer was on the telephone. There were 5 other writers and we were the only customers waiting. I’m not sure why someone else could not sign us in. When we approached a writer named Jeff he said they were all busy doing something else. I’m sure they all have their own jobs but I’ve never worked anywhere where you just let a customer wait without acknowledgement. When we arrived Scott did say he’d be a few minutes. He was also polite and professional when we picked up our vehicle.

They lost my car for two week then tried to make me feel bad The the cost of the rental I was given was high. They told me there was something wrong with my car but couldn’t what it is my warranty is almost up so I feel like it’s a ploy to have to pay for a more expensive issue out of pocket I had a horrible experience

My truck was kept for one extra day and was not completely repaired therefore, l had no choice but To pick it up unfinished. Not only that l was lied by the **** Hannah repersantitive. As a business man l Have bought multiple vehicles from this lot. I made several Calls and l was not responded to the phone calls And/or my text message is a joke. I complained and As of today l did not hear from anyone from the Management because they do not care?

I asked to not have my seat moved as I have it perfectly adjusted for my daughters rear facing car seat in the back, my seat was pushed all the way back when I got it back and my car seat was shoved hard behind the seat digging into the back seat. Hopefully it didn’t cause any damage to the seat making it unsafe. I have to go get it checked now since I had to reinstall it. It also took two hours for an oil change which is very abnormal
