I AM NOT A HAPPY CUSTOMER!! I had an appointment to drop off my 2008 Chrysler Aspen for a recall service (passenger air bag) at 7:30am. I was told by Jeff Roberts that this would only take half a day. I received a text from Jeff shortly after to message him via text if I had any questions so I replied asking eta when my rig will be done he replied - afternoon. This was around 11am. I sent a text around 2pm for an update and never received a reply back. I finally called around 4pm asking to speak with Jeff and I was told he was nowhere to found so I requested to speak with someone else. I spoke to a woman and I was told that my rig was just now getting serviced (4pm) I asked why it’s only now getting serviced since my rig has been there all day!! The response I received was not acceptable, keep in mind that I had no vehicle all day!! I was also told that the replacement should not take long and I will receive a call from Jeff once its complete (you close at 6pm) An hour passed and still no call!! I decided to call again (5pm) finally got Jeff on the phone and he stated that my jeep compass was incorrectly mistaken with another vehicle. My Rig is a Chrysler Aspen and NOT an compass. My frustration has now turned into irritation!! After I told him what my vehicle was, he stated that the service is now complete! I picked up my rig, got in and the inside smelled like cigarrette smoke!! I went back inside to address my concern again very irate and your driver yelled back at me denying the smell!! I have brought business to your dealership by buying the Aspen. We purchased a 2017 Renegade from you as well!! The way how my service was handled was very unproffessional. The customer service for your service dept needs additional training!! I would like a call back from a Supervisor!!!

Scott Long. Did a great job and was under a handicap of no one to wash my Ram! I'm 81 years old and it is to cold for me to be out side! He rounded up a young lady from the Rental Dept and delivered my truck looking great. Thanks to Scott for going beyond the call of duty. Gary A

It took eight hours to do a simple service and I repeatedly contacted the service department and it took hours almost 3 hours to get a response

Teila did great, however the lady at the front desk closest to the parking lot was not friendly at all. This was my first time dropping my car off here so I wasn’t really sure how the flow was. But walking in and not even getting a hello, how can I help you was disappointing. Instead I was greeted with “find the person that helped you at drop off. “ I go back to Teila’s desk and she is away from her desk and her partner darrin is at lunch. As I stood there for 10 minutes waiting to pick up my car 5 employees walked by without offering to help. The runner that gets the cars was awesome! The employee two desks in front of Teila told me he wasn’t part of darrin and Teila’s team so he couldn’t help. The car runner walked over to him and said “wouldn’t it be great if we were all on the same team”. At this point Teila returned from the back and helped me get my car. But the person that went the extra mile was the gentleman that got my car for me. Everyone else I would probably fire them based on your slogan “believe in nice”. What a joke that is! Believe in half-assed customer service at best

3.5 hours seems like a ridiculous amount of time for a scheduled oil change and software update. On a smaller point, I had to bring back the plastic seat cover and paper floor mat that was still left in vehicle (along with asking for a lot vehicle that was blocking me to be moved). At Hannah VW I receive a wash or wash card for Kaady. I’m guessing vehicle washes are not included at Hannah Dodge.
