Darin was awesome, he took care of me.
The one thing that pissed me off and out of Darin’s control because he was not elmailed was I was promised a rental car, a loaner since I work nights and needed transportation. I did not receive a loaner car, a huge inconvenience for me. This was not acceptable at all, the communication breakdown was unacceptable. Again this problem was out of Darin’s control, but needs to be said. Darin is the right person for the job, he definitely cares about his customers. Great job Darin and thank you.

Beth was very pleasant: friendly & welcoming. Really appreciated her one to one attention. Personally escorting me to my vehicle upon completion of service.
Prior to the completion of service, the service representative who greeted my wife was rude and very disrespectful. Although he didn’t make the appointment an appointment had been made, which he chose not to acknowledge.Do to his actions the appointment scheduled was not adhered to causing a much longer service time. Then upon departing 2 days later it was discovered that a oil leak had occurred due to a lack of vigilance. Our car had to be returned to resolve the matter. I don’t know how such a matter could occur from a service professional ‘s point of view unless it was done intentionally. This all began with Jack!

Although I never had personal contact with Teila, her professionism via text was great. This was the fourth time I had to bring my Jeep in for a water leak. Hopefully it will be the last.
I had the most horrific experience I have ever had to endure working with your company. This was the most inappropriately handled situation, a secondary auto accident was caused by the negligence on your staff part.
Teila has always been great. Whenever I need service she takes care of it in such a way that I feel she has done everything she can for me.

Fast and professional service
Tookongee than anticipated. Text wasn’t answered. When I went up in person turned out the car was already done. Not sure how long it has been done for. Oil range indicator wasn’t reset.
All I had done was a oil change.
Teila was great to work with! She will be my go to for any future needs I may have. I’m very picky about customer service because I know I can be challenging as a customer but she treated me with respect and made me feel very comfortable.
