I dealt with some of the most unknowledgeable and rudest people ever in dealing with this kind of thing today when I picked my vehicle up communication to this entire process has been crap and yeah I still have to come back to get all the work I asked to be done in the first place done no transportation provided to or from very inconvenient. Dodge was very nice to us when we were spending $35,000 to buy the truck not so much now
