The person who served me was amazing and cordial, but **** Hannah’s service has really changed and I don’t plan to come back. It used to be minimal labor for standard oil change and inspection with full interior/exterior car wash. Now I was very dismayed to spend $200 on labor I can get at any local certified shop, including that the car wash is now cheaply sourced out with a coupon for exterior only wash. Please reach out if you think this was in error, but I’ve given Dock Hannah a lot of business over the years and really feel a bit exploited this last time.

Dayton was very accommodating, nice, and communicative. I didn’t have to wait long for a response when I contacted him, and he was clear with the information on my car.
I felt I should not be charged to have an inspection of my car to see what the issue was concerning the shredded foam. They thought it was probably a mouse but the only way to verify was to look at it and that would cost $159. Since it happened twice and I have never seen any indication of a mouse in my garage, and I looked around again, it just didn’t deem like good customer service to me. I guess I can only hope it’s not shredding off because of some safety issue. I mean so could understand maybe $50 but $159 to look under my car doesn’t seem reasonable

I’m not convinced it takes 3.5 hours to replace a trunk harness and two bulbs. This is not Dayton’s fault, VW sets prices for labor and I’m sure the advisors have little room to negotiate. I called an authorized VW mechanic and he agreed it was inflated and he could have fixed it for at least $200 less. Unfortunately, the issue with my car didn’t allow me to drive it to him for repair.
