I thought Carl was fine but I couldn’t understand why the process took over 3
Hours to just replace a fuse. He did call my service contract about fixing the vent control and that takes time.

Dayton did a wonderful job. The oil leaked out of my car 3 weeks after an oil change. He was short staffed and could not get it done same day. He was able to arrange a loaner and the job was done ASAP.
