I first called and then came to shop to schedule my appointment, I arrived at 07:30 for a computer update to my 2003 W8, after 45 or so minutes the service writer came and explained that they didn’t have the software for my scheduled update. Both the people I felt with were great - but it is unacceptable that after calling and then visiting, with a print out of the needed software update it wasn’t available at my appointment. Hopefully this is being followed up on and I will be contacted for this update?

Only complaint is even with an appointment it takes forever to get oil changed. Appointment was 10 am and didn't get done until 11:30, It shouldn't take an hour and a half to change oil and filter.
