After about 1hour wait, I was told that need part replacement which about $700 cost. Was surprised. Since all oil was drained, no choice to drive back. “No oil, but you can drive back if you want to do”, he said. Asked to talk w/technician, he mentioned some fix, put coil/screw or something” I took that option. Ended up twice much as we thought for oil change, due to that sudden fix. Additionally, we know the one tail light has been off. No report. Made us wonder if all supposed service has done or not. I’ve changed Filter if I was mentioned. I found it later in statement/report as recommended fix/additional service. One more surprised word from him. “You choose and came our place for oil change, so we did it for you” Sorry for the late report. I was too disappointed to even make report soon enough.

For the moment seems ok, but I think some of the features the car had are not there any longer, like warning sign that the bulb is warming up and the 5 seconds motor stop when i am still on up hill. I will drive around tomorrow.

My car should have been perfect when I bought it brand new. It wasn’t. And when I brought it in to get the scratches on the door panel fixed, the first time they try to cover it up with grease and got my car dirty that I had to clean for over an hour after I got it back. However, when I wipe the grease off I noticed that the door panel was peeling where they worked on with whatever chemical that used to do the job. So I took it back to get the entire door panel replaced. This is when several other complications came up, and I went without my car for nearly a week while we waited for another door panel to be shipped and installed. And while I was waiting, I emailed Megan to have her make sure that whoever was doing the install was very careful and did not scratch or dirty up my car like they did the first time when they tried to fix it. However I just got my car back and while the door panel seems fine yes, they did in fact scratch the paint within the door panel in several different places. This is just a simple case of negligence and people not caring about my car as much as I do. Yes, the scratches in the paint are small and hard to find if you’re not looking for them, but the scratches should not be there at all. I bought this car brand new and it should have zero defects, and even though it did have the one defect in the door that we are have now fixed, the rest of the car should not have been negatively effected in the course of fixing the original defect. Also, I’m not happy with the fact that every time I brought my car in my dash settings were messed with. My seat alignment was messed with my heating and cooling section on the dash was messed with, my cluster settings were messed with, etc. it just makes no sense why he anybody should have to touch anywhere on my car other than the inside of the door panel that was to be replaced. Also, the car should be as clean or cleaner than when I dropped it off. There should not be fuzz or feathers or dirt or sticky stuff all over my floor liner in, there should not be black scuff marks in my paint below the door, there should not be fingerprints all over the window and all over the outside paint on the outside of the car. And I was so anxious the entire time that my car was in the custody of the dealership and because of these things. I knew that these things were happening in behind the scenes and I just wish that my car would be in in the same shape or in better shape than when I dropped it off in. Not worse and not dirty..... I understand that Megan doesn’t really have anything to do with most of these things, so other than these things that I’ve mentioned, she was fine. However, there were several occasions where she forgot to contact me or message me or call me with status updates with what was going on with my car. To which she apologized for after I brought it to her attention. All in all, I’m satisfied yet not thrilled about the experience I had throughout this process.

I was very satisfied in general. However I felt that the explanation of what was done to the car was odd. I was hoping for more info on how all repairs played into the ongoing emissions situation. Mariah had the day off when the car was done. She might have known more. Instead the person at the desk was nice but not educated about it. Strange answers. Not evasive or talking down to me, just not much info although a lot of talk. Hard to explain.
