Very polite, didn't push extra services but provided recommendations. Was pleasant to work with.
Carl R Chilcutt provided excellent service. He provided everything I asked for, plus he found a problem with the bearing-front wheel hub. He got the car fixed. The only thing that would have helped would be if he had called to let me know why it took so long. I was still able to get the car and get to the agency that rented us a car for the day.
