As I texted earlier, I was told that I had a burned out brake light that was estimated at $145.45, which I fixed, (loose in socket) for $0 and took me no longer than 5 minutes.
I know Chad is going to give me the straight answer/details I need, and not suggest pricey repairs unless it is truly necessary for a safe driving experience.
Dayton and Dennis were very nice and helpful. Dayton explained to me what was wrong with my car which was very informative. I felt well taken care of here. I am very pleased with my experience here.

Leslie was very accommodating and pleasant. She made sure I got in and out on time and checked to make sure everything was done correctly.
The receptionist who made my appointment gave me false information. The info and quotes we were given about the car rental were completely different than explain to us prior to arriving. The service that we initially went for was ignored and it didn’t get fixed. The entire morning was a complete waste of time after the inconvinience of not being able to get a rental car (after new fees were added to the original quote we were promised) and the service we went for didn’t get done. In the future, I suggest advising the appointment specialist to not give ANY information on prices and services, and strictly assign her to making appointments since the false information started with her.

Everyone was helpful and understanding about the issue with my SUV. I still need to have a better understanding on why the RPM gauge serge’s up then drops. No one could find anything wrong with the engine.
