I had a routine oil change appointment scheduled for my vehicle at 10:30 am on Thursday, 02/15/2018. I was there on time and I was told it would be @ 1 hour. I ended up waiting in your waiting area for 2 hours (for a routine oil change) that literally would have taken about 20 minutes at Oil Can Henry!!! And, after a 2 HOUR oil change my car didn't even get it's free wash (I'm a **** Hannah Loyalty Rewards Member and I though all maintenance/service came with a vacuum and wash, AND my service indication reminder display wasn't re-set so it still is blinking and telling me I need service!! I was VERY unhappy/disappointed and even though I am currently leasing my Hyundai from you I highly doubt I will return for routine maintenance.
My car wasn’t serviced at all. I dropped it off by 8:00am and got a call just as I was returning to the service Kate that afternoon that the car would be delayed. The service hadn’t even been started and I had to leave with the car unserviced....Massive waste of my time....

I am super happy with the service but i’m a little frustrated
that everything seemed great but my ‘low pressure warning
light’ is back on again. I can’t spend anymore time
bringing my car back in and missing work to do this.
I’ll have to let it go until my next oil change in 10,000
miles even though it drives me nuts to see that lit up
on my dash. Why can’t this problem be fixed?
I was one more dissapointing experience away from seeking service elsewhere; until, Jensen provided some of the most proactive, reasonable service I have ever received... in any industry. I felt as though an advocate was digging, double checking, frequently communicating, and navigating on my behalf (which makes sense given her background as a former aircraft carrier navigator).
Thanks for hiring a highly professional veteran in Jensen. Because of her I will be happy to return for any subsequent service.

Everything was great with the service and repairs. My only knit picking would be that when I dropped off my vehicle a bird messed on my window just before. When I picked it up it was still there. Im not saying a car wash, but someone some department could have cleaned a windshield before giving my vehicle back from repairs. Otherwise all good.
