I had to reschedule because no one thought to tell me IN ADVANCE that it would take half a day and that there might not be a loaner available. Because of that, I didn't get the repair, had to reschedule AND blew my President's Day, which I could've made other plans with.
Also, Dayton isn't very well trained in making customers feel cared for. He is trained in WHAT he needs to inform customers, but he chooses to present it in a way that makes the customer feel that they have done something wrong. He needs instruction in HAVING A BETTER ATTITUDE.
He was very caring about the service he provided me and letting me know that every thing was ok with my car. Thanks again!
