Dayton took the time and effort to address my concerns about the car and kept up good communication about the progress of the required repairs. I very much felt like a valued customer.
Even after being informed that I had a mechanic that kept me happy, I heard a lot about what needed to be repaired and the need to repair it at **** Hannah.
Additionally, Noah, address me by my first name without asking my permission. I would expect that one size doesn't fit all, and so he should have asked if it was okay to use my first name.

No fault to Carl, but the rental car was very dirty on the inside like a family had taken their kids to a pumpkin patch and was not vaccumed let alone cleaned. There was mud on kick plate on both passenger and drivers side the cup holders had gunk in them and th back seat had bits of food and needles.
On the plus side they were able to fix the leak coming from the antenna and roof rails within 4 days and return my car quickly. However when I received my car the sun visor on the drivers side was hanging when flipped towards the window so I had to bring the car back in to be fixed.

I was suspicious that my windshield wipers not working was only due to a fuse. I asked both the reps that waited on me to have a look at the fuse only to give me an estimate. They said it took too much time, and one man said it would cost $149 just to find out. My mechanic was happy to fix the bulb on my headlight stating: "It was unsafe without it" but what about my car not having windshield wipers? Isn't that unsafe also? You could have gained a customer for life if you had listened better to the customer's request instead of being so dismissive and thinking inside the box! what about a customer is always right? And doing something for the little guy for once? Also when I brought the car in I had to be waited on by three different people, the first two were busy looking at their screens and said so. Mr. Wong was very helpful, but didn't offer to look at the fuse. Left me feeling manipulated and that **** Hannah is pretty greedy and so big he just doesn't care. A negative experience.

Noah always tries to make sure I'm happy with the service on both of my cars. I know I'm not always easy to please and he seems to always know what to say and I end up leaving happy.

Carl was the best he explained everything and made sure my problems with the car are solved . He kept me informed throughout the whole process . I would give him 10/10 for the best service I have ever got from any other vw dealership in the US .
