I just wanted to say THANK You to Dayton Wong for taking me seriously and listening to All of my concerns regarding my VW Jetta GLI! He is the FIRST agent I have felt comfortable with, assisted me with such a wonderful level of care! My issues have finally been resolved! (Once the new system is Installed!). He also contacted me in a timely manner when additional information/video was needed! Thanks again **** Hannah! You have an amazing employee, he’s a keeper! Thanks again!

whoever put the light bulbs for the license plate in didn't do it properly and stripped the screws on the covers. Evidently didn't check to see that they worked. I should have checked myself but had been waiting an hour and a half and my husband is diabetic and we hadn't eaten lunch yet. Got home (150 miles) to find that the lights were NOT working and screws were stripped. One screw wasn't even the correct screw and is stuck in the hole and you can't get it out. I took the bulbs out and turned them 180 degrees, put them back in and they work. Thank goodness I didn't get pulled over for non working lights. Since the screws are stripped each cover has one good screw holding them on. I paid to have these installed correctly and if I had known they wouldn't be I would have saved the money and done it myself. We will not be returning to this dealership and should be refunded. It should not take over a hour and a half and the work not be done properly.
