Dan was easy to deal with and clear as to repairs and delivery.
Upset that there was an existing service bulletin on my car and it was not performed before delivery. Hope that there are no others waiting to bite me. I spent the entire morning. My bill rate exceeds 100 dollars so this was costly oversight.

Leslie did fine. Only question was whether car wash is a standard service or not. If it is, don't tell my car is ready until it is washed. Arrived early only to wait for a eadh. Tech appeared annoyed to wash my car.
Lesli was a great person to deal with. She was buried with customers and still gave me and the others the direct attention needed to get us in and out as efficiently as possible. Job very well done!
My experience was great with Dan. Just wasn’t happy with the work done on my vehicle. Didn’t have it back 24 hours and transmission fluid spewed all over my engine. And now it’s back there. Dan gave exceptional service by waiting until I was able to get it towed in there and even stayed a little late. Dan is a great asset to your company and I appreciate him being great towards me.
