3 year maintenance price is a bit steep for an inspection, oil change, and tire rotation. Given Les Schwab does rotation and balancing for free when purchasing their tires this it strikes me as excessive to charge as much as you do for a relatively simple service.

I was satisfied for the most part. Some of the staff in the morning were not particularly friendly, and I felt like I was being given some attitude because I showed up at 7am without an appointment. My check engine light had come on at 7pm the night before, and my car is less than two months old, so I feel like it was pretty reasonable for me to show up unannounced. That said, they did take my car and promptly solve the problem. The person who was not very friendly in the morning was much friendlier at pick up, so maybe they are just not a morning person... In any event, I don't actually need a follow-up call. Maybe you can just send a reminder to your team that they should be friendly to their customers with or without an appointment, and regardless of the time of day.

I brought my car in for 20,000 mile service. The dealership provides a comfortable waiting room, where I was able to wait. Service was completed in about an hour. In addition to doing the service the dealership provided a detailed print-out of what they did, including a status report on the tires and brakes and when they may need to be replaced. The service was efficient and thorough and I was treated well by the staff.
