My car smelled like body odor. Was not vacuumed or washed like they said it would be and hadn’t had the sticker changed for next oil change mileage. It made me question whether any work had actually been done, so I checked my oil when i got home to find the oil was full and looked clean so it was probably changed. As my warranty is up and I have to travel so far to the dealership, I’ll be searching for a new service provider.

I brought my eGolf in for 10k service and they found a problem with one of the lights. So they told me to come back later and they would call. After 4.5 hrs, I called and was told it would be ready by 6p and washes per my request. We arrived to get the car and was informed there was no eCertified technician on staff. He said I would need to go to another dealership. He did not give me the number or any guidance around this which was very disappointing. Also the wash remained dirty. We are very unhappy with this experience.
This is my 3rd VW and my 3rd service advisor at **** Hannah VW of Portland. I can say with certainty that Dayton Wong is the best service advisor I have worked with at your dealership. The others pale in comparison to his dedication, communication, and enthusiasm.
Lesli was professional and friendly. She reminded me of scheduled maintenance that I had deferred. I was glad she reminded me. I had one piece completed and will schedule the other two next month. Good job Lesli.
Car was supposed to be washed and vacuumed when I arrived and it wasn’t Brake light that was supposed to be fixed wasn’t when I inspected it. I asked for a copy of my prior service and didn’t receive it. Technician coupdn’t Explain my receipt to me. I ended up waiting an hour extra after having dropped it up when I picked it up. Terrible service after spending $600!!!
