I had a 3:10pm appointment to have two new tires put on my car. I arrived at least 15 minutes early. It was almost 5:45pm before I got out of there, which seemed a really excessively long time to put two new tires on my car, especially since I had an appointment. I was hoping for two new "free" tires because of the loyalty thing **** Hannah offers, however apparently the tires weren't worn enough yet. I'm taking a car trip to New Mexico at the end of July (1800 miles one way) and thought I should get the worn tires replaced before leaving. If I weren't taking this trip, I would have waited until the tires "qualified", but I thought it better to be safe than sorry. The speed limit is 75mph down there (and then they travel at least 80mph) so I chose to have the new tires put on rather than wait and take the chance. My complaints are not with the young man who checked me in whatsoever. He was always polite and considerate.

I have brought my new 2017 Santa Fe suv three times (6.6.2018, 6.27.2018 and 7.11.2018) for a full system check on the anti-lock brake system. MyHyundai diagnostic report indicates that it needs to be checked. Once done, the service department needs the “clear” the alert on my Blue link app. This work is incomplete. It is very frustrating. Now I am told that I need to bring the vehicle again and leave it at the dealership for an entire day. I also found out that the car shuttle is no longer available to bring me home while the work is being done and then picked up when the work is done. I would appreciate a call to get this resolved. In the meantime, I believe Noah is doing his best. Thank you.

Daniel was awesome! I was upset when I got there because on two separate occasions I had requested a call PRIOR to taking my car in but it didn't happen... Daniel was honest and said it was documented but they dropped the ball. He didn't lie or make up an excuse... Daniel probably saved you a customer because I had every intention of taking my business elsewhere.
