We scheduled an appointment at 5 for oil change and tire rotation. Simple service, right? Got there early and were told it would be done by 5:45. Was not done until 6:30. Then I asked if they could confirm tires were rotated. Agent said yes and then asked technician to be sure. He said no and we were there another 30 minutes to get that service done. Really disappointing service.

I called 3 times while my car was being serviced and I asked to speak to Noah or anyone in the Service area. I was told there was no one to take my call on all 3 occasions. I finally just came back in and then had to wait an addl 1 1/2 hrs to have a service performed because had I been able to speak with someone I could have authorized the service while I was out and away for 4 hrs, instead of carving more time out of my afternoon! I shared this frustration when I returned but they did not have an answer as to why that happened.

Jensen went above and beyond the call of duty. She brought me a bottle of cold water when I was sitting outside waiting for my car. She gave me an estimate of an hour and a half wait time. She was shy of 15 minutes but I wasn’t in a hurry so I didn’t mind. She told me if I wanted my car washed that it would take longer but again it didn’t matter. I was glad to get my car serviced. Jensen made all the difference and made the wait time worth it. She is an outstanding person and a wonderful asset to **** Hannah. I will ask for her the next time I need my car serviced! Thank you, Jensen!

Dan seems to be doing his best, but.... I brought the vehicle in because an internal bracket that holds the rear bumper panel in place broke. There is no evidence of ( nor was there ANY) external damage to the body panel. I just happened to notice it when I was investigating a rattle I was hearing over bumps in the road. The service manager stated that it was not the fault of the vehicle and that brackets dont just break and that even though the vehicles is still well within the warrant period the best that he could offer was to pay for the $35.00 part and that I would be responsible for the shop time which he estimated would not exceed $200.00. I never received a call when the part came in. I called last week to check and was told that it was indeed in and that the earliest appointment was this morning at 10 AM. I arrived at 9:45; sat in the waiting room for over an hour only to be told that the wrong part had been ordered and that i would have to come back next week and try again. It Will now take two visits and hundreds of dollars out of my pocket to address an issue that should have been in one return visit and under a warranty claim. I think the problems run much deeper than Dan. Happy to discuss this further should you so desire. JOHN S

Lesli was great but u guys are too into cost cutting. Used to have cookies and water in waiting room. Rental car was free 2 times a year and my FREE tires for life are the cheapest u can find online

I asked that the steering wheel column lock be fixed per VEs letter. He was clueless about the whole thing, claimed there’s no recall out for it. I showed him a YouTube video describing the problem and how to extract the trapped key. I stated it happened to us 10% of the time. It’s a common problem with VW cars and he didn’t know anything about it? And I wasn’t happy about a $199.5 service ballooned up to $444. And he was unable to tell me why I have to jump through hoops to get a simple chip installed. I told him I wasn’t interested in selling my car at this time.

My car was in service from 5/9-6/30 with less than one week in my possession. I will not go into details about the limited service my car required. I feel your service department overbooks and then has your customer service representatives run interference for the poor service. I will not return.
