I called on Sunday, July 15 and left a voicemail on the service department number, saying that my car’s check engine light had gone on after having had service work done on July 11. I left my phone number and asked for someone to call back. No call came on Monday, so I called on Tuesday, July 17 and was told the soonest I could get in was Friday.
I was told that the car should be ready by 5 pm today, but 4:45 I still had not received a call to say it was ready, and only received a call after I texted to find out. I don’t understand why communication is so slow when you have multiple means of contacting the customer.
Lastly, the work I had done on July 11 was a Hyundai ordered recall on my model’s gas tank. Now, it appears I have a fuel tank sensor that is broken, and I have to replace it for over $500. This seems highly suspicious to me and my husband. We will be getting a second opinion. For certain, we won’t be using **** Hannah for service again. Lack of communication, excuses, and suspicious malfunctions leave us feeling less than satisfied.

An appointment was made for the airbag recall but the dealership didn't have the airbag in stock. Besides that the service was good as usual.
I had a recall on my vehicle, was under the impression that the part was going to be replaced but looking over the paperwork it wasn’t. The service technician looked at the part and surrounding area looked fine. But the part that bewildered me is that my appointment was for 8:00am, since the recall wasn’t replaced I didn’t get me car back till 3:00pm. Why do long if nothing was done to it ?? Your text messaging service on the phone doesn’t really work or no one replies to it. I texted twice, nothing !! I may have to try VW in Vancouver next time.

All was good, but one little thing. With no one available to give a wash onsite, it would have been nice to be offered a voucher for a wash off site at some place like washman or eco wash.

You took 16 days to fix the car. And then you told me it would be ready to go at 5. You also said that if it wasn't ready at 5 you would call and let me know. I showed up at 5:30 and had to wait in the heat to take my car home at 6:30. On top of that no one could explain wife or three times in 18 months my 2015 Hyundai Sonata had the hybrid failure light come on and leave me by the side of the road. Plus no one gave me any confidence whatsoever that it wasn't going to happen again. Buying this car was the worst mistake of my life I will never buy another Hyundai.
