I have, again and again, been underwhelmed by the service provided by **** Hannah VW of Portland.Each time I am promised excellent service and given expectations of what they will do for me. Each time I am let down. This was no exception. I can imagine that there's no reason to lease another car or bring my car back to have work done. Your service to your customers is deplorable because it's so very obvious that it's all about obtaining more money and not about the customer experience.
Appreciated the updates of car progress during the time it was in for service.
