On multiple occasions in the past, the service staff have been too rushed and made me feel anxious about coming in. “Sorry, getting a car wash only happens with a paid service”, etc I had to look up my “rewards paperwork” to confirm that I’m eligible for one simple car wash a month... then they would roll their eyes and make me feel like crap. This tome, Mariah (sp?) helped me. She was incredibly helpful, very outgoing and restored my faith in **** Hannah’s pledge to “believe in nice” Please pass on my appreciation of her helpfulness and her dedication to making customers feel appreciated.

I had spoken about wobbling noise from the wheels before I dropped off my vehicle. They claim to have done tire rotation and pressure checks but failed to notice that the tires are bad. The wobbling noise was unbearable today so I had to take the vehicle to another service center. The other center said they were shocked to see the state of the tires. They said they had to be replaced immediately otherwise it would end up in a blow off. Am very disappointed with the service provided by **** Hannah and am not willing to Come back.

When tires were ordered i was told i could use the express service lane but when we did that, we were told we had to leave the car. One of the tires that was replaced was put in my trunk, and now i have to make another trip to the dealer to have them dispose of it.

I asked to have the 80,000 mile service but only the spark plugs were repalaced????. And when I went to pick up the car no one could help me out with it. the interior detail looked excellent

I had 9/7/18 I brought my 2009 New Beetle in for service - New battery and replacement of a headlight, a brake light and a daytime running light. Seemed fine but the very next day I noticed that the new headlight and running light were not working. Called dealership two days after service. Returned to dealership with car on 9/14/18 for follow up. Service tech said like, “Gee, another bug with a headlight problem.” He then pounded with his hand on the side of the bulb assembly and it turned on. He told me that was what I would have to do from now on. Since then the bulb works intermitantly, generally after I pound it. I was unhappy with this interaction. I have spent close to $3000 on my car in the past three months at this dealership. I want my car to work, and I don’t want to have to pound in the headlight each time I drive it. I am not sure it stays in when I drive. I bring my car to the dealer to have it fixed correctly, so it will work, and I have paid a lot of money to that end. This experience was unsatisfactory and left me with a negative impression of the service department. Mike M
