I immediately had a check engine light, am now bringing it back in Monday, there is a problematically strong odor of anti freeze in the cabin, and when I popped the hood the air intake wasn’t reinstalled correctly. I’ve been nervous to go underneath and see what else might be needing correction. The guy that was trying to help me was good customer service wise but he had an up hill battle.

Service was done well and the team was very courteous and professional. However, I had one minor complaint. I had called and scheduled the appointment over a week ago and I was told the service would cost 89.95. However, the price was told to be 139.99 today when I came in. I felt that is a bit unfair and set of false marketing and a bait and switch. Overall, I like the service team and would like to come in for my future issues but I am concerned if I will be quoted the correct price on the phone or not.

Both times I've been to **** Hannah I was treated really well this last time Todd took care of me was friendly gave me great service and did his best to accommodate me with my work schedule and getting my car done as quickly as possible I really love Hyundais and he makes me want to keep having one

Mariah was very kind and detailed. She understood my hesitation of the amount of money I was asked to spend, but explained everything well and ultimately helped me with my decision WITHOUT being pushy or condescending. She even pushed my service to be completed quicker to meet the needs of my schedule. She was wonderful.
