Mariah was fantastic. Able to get my flat tire taken care of even when I couldn’t get there until 5pm. I saved me from having to cancel a medical appt the next morning and/or canceling my own patients. Thank you!!
Came in for oil change with car wash and vacuum. After 2 hours I’m told car is done. When I got the car no car wash or vacuum. The lady said she would take it back to have it done but after waiting 2 hours when I was told it would be about 1 & 1/2 hours I was not into waiting longer. Staff was good and friendly but there was some kind of disconnect with other staff.
Noah is always so great to work with! He’s the reason I still come to **** Hannah even after having to have my whole engine replaced. His customer service is always outstanding!
When I called for the status on my vehicle.I was told that it would not be ready until Tuesday. It was however ready on Saturday--did not have to wait 3 days.
Noah did a great job, even if it took two days instead of two hours.

We Received confirmation for our appointment but when we showed up at the Hyundai dealer in Portland there was no appointment on the books.
