I was thrilled to pick up my car with a discount code applied to balance and my car cleaned. Nice suprise after being a bit frustrated I didn’t hear back after requesting an additional service I had forgotten to mention when I brought car in. I’ll have to come back but appreciate the extra touches.
I was asked if I could reschedule, after I had been having trouble in the first place with getting my car serviced for months. Then I was given grief about how long it had been since my last service. Also two small other things the miles in matched but the miles out did not. It was three miles more and I was asked if I wanted my car washed and vacuumed. This also did not happen. With all this being said my over all maintenance was fine. But I am seriously contemplating going to another place for future service.

It’s odd you would send this to me since you did not service my vehicle. I had it towed from your dealership to another. You told me you needed to see all my vehicle maintenance records and when I asked why, I was told it was because I had not had an oil change since 2014. When I stated that was at your location, but I don’t see why you need my records for that reason, I was then told my car had no oil and your techs didn’t want to work on my car. This is a complete lie. I provided a vehicle inspection that was done the day the car was towed to you that showed 1/2 quart low. After towing to a different VW location, they quickly determined that my car had oil as I stated and confirmed it was a warranty and lawsuit item and all proper maintence had been completed since I have owned vehicle. Your dealership cost me a week rental fee and towing bill. The other VW location has been kind and provided excellent service, which your location lacks, as well as a loaner car since issue was a VW issue and not my lack of maintenance as you claimed. I am currently in contact with VW regarding the entire situation as this is not a good representation on your brand. Final note was when my husband came to have vehicle towed, Jensen’s concern that her vehicle needed to moved and not that I was dissatisfied with the service.

I have not yet picked up my TDI Sportwagen, so I cannot comment on the work done on it. However, I can say that Mariah **** was an exemplary customer service person. She was friendly, helpful, and competent, and she kept me notified and informed. I give her my highest rating.

I made an appointment to have a recall item fixed. The paperwork from Hyundai said it should take no longer than an hour to complete. I dropped off the car 15 minutes prior to my appointment time. The service team manager promised it would be completed on time. I returned 2 hours later to find that the car was not ready. I waited an additional half hour before the car was completed. It took 2 and 1/2 hours to do an job that was supposed to take an hour. One of the service managers apologized and said they were “backed up”. I explained that this wasn’t the first time this happened, and it seemed to be a pattern with that dealership. My comment boils down to a simple question. Why make an appointment if the promised timeline means nothing?
For me who was waiting and supposed to take an hour, I was there for almost 2 hours waiting. I am satisfied, but I have things to do also.
