Mariah is awesome! Made sure my car was not only on time but 15 minutes before I needed it. She had my car washed and vacuumed. But besides the customer service,she rocks..obviously loves her job and loves working with people. And Marque was right there with her. . Friendliest happiest service center people ever!

I would’ve liked to have known less than 2 hrs of my wait that my bulb was not in stock and had to be brought in, I would’ve been fine coming back for the one of 2 bulbs that were going to be installed. He was nice enough, the communication was just a bit slow.
I would be glad to complete a survey. Mariah was so friendly and helpful - very nice. She even taught me something new :) I didn't know about the marker to tell when you needed new wipers.

It took over 2 hours to do my oil change and wash (was quoted 1.5 when we started ... seemed like more than enough to change oil). This is despite having made an appointment. The wash was not very well done ... still leaf parts on the carpet and leftovers of bird droppings on the roof. I was intending to get my 15K service, but it amounted to an extra $100 to get the tires rotated. That seems rather excessive. I smelled some oil burning on the way home so some must have spilled.
Noah was really knowledgeable and helpful. I waited in the waiting room while my car was being worked on. He let me know when to expect updates, and he always gave an update when he said he would. My service took almost five hours but perhaps this was because I came by in an emergency (my gas tank door would not open and I could not put gas in the car) and didn’t have an appointment. I appreciate Noah working my car into the schedule. Thanks much, Noah.

Broke covering while just giving oil change. Oil change took like four hours leaving me to cancel everything I had planned because I didn’t have my car. Came back because they ordered the covering and put it on. Noah then informed me the hood was hard to open something that we have never had trouble with. He said it took them a while to open the hood but they eventually opened it. When I got to the car and tried to open hood the lever didn’t do anything. Left car so they can fix it. Really didn’t do anything and I did not have this issue when I left the car there. Now I have to pull lever really hard to open hood. Also took them forever again when I left car there.
