Every staff at service department was on top of their game! I was really really impressed with how fast the service was handled. Kiddos to your team and especially to Jessica Pham. She was quick and with a smile ! Your guy manager was exceptional too !
Only when company said “ loaner” ... it turned out I was told to pay $25 per day to use car ! Not only did I had a RECALL, I had to be there on my own dime and time. This should be taken care and paid for by VW/DickH .
I brought my vehicle in for a simple quote and possible repair. It was more than 8 hours before I was able to finally get a quote. This was after many attempts to get answers. I was finally called with a quote and the service rep could not accurately explain what or why I needed a particular repair. I got my quote which I consider quite high. The majority of communication was an attempt at upselling me to repairs I do not yet need. Not satisfied and I do not feel as though I trust this dealership for repair service. I feel as though there is dishonesty in my quote price and in the efficiency necessary to repair my car.
Car was there all week. Communication was very poor. Expensive fix for a hose and PCv valve. Left car Tuesday morning told it would be ready Friday didn’t receive until Saturday. Complimentary car wash and vaccuum was a joke. Too bad since first experience was so good. I won’t be back.

Best experience I have ever had at a dealership - they paid for my lyft home and to back to pick up my vehicle. The car was washed and vacuumed, and I didn’t pay a dime, it was all covered under warranty. I definitely plan on returning here for all my vw service needs!!!

I played significantly higher than the TrueCar price after I identified myself as a true car customer. After being unable to sleep all night and arriving at **** Hannah Volkswagen early in the morning my sales person took advantage of the fact I didn't remember the numbers I had seen previously and sold me a car for several thousand dollars more more than I would have agreed to pay. Got a question the higher price during the sales process I was told that the vehicle I was purchasing did not qualify for any better pricing now I'm going to make it my mission to share my experience with your dealership with every single other person I ever meet.
Jessica did a great job..she was ready to process the service order upon my arrival and was able to get me a loaner vehicle.
