I understand the service department was very short handed, they had to keep my car all day. The charges were not correct upon returning. I didn't get a discount because a prior service was turned down that I wasn't aware of. Not sure what itvwascregarding, the only service done to this vehicle, has been done here. I guessed my brakes need to be replaced but no one went over it with me. I am not sure when thus needs to be done. Very poor communication at this visit.

Although the service representative was friendly and courteous, the communication effort was spotty, at best. I felt like answers I should have received within a day or two took longer, with no good explanation why. Ultimately, I am happy my car was repaired, but not satisfied with the level of communication that occurred in getting it done.

They lost my appointment which I have text confirmation for. When I showed up they checked me in under the wrong name. They told me there was a recall which was wrong. I didn't find out until I called back 4 hours later to find out it my car was ready. They said they called when they didn't. The manager kept trying to blame me when it was clearly thier mistake. I finally asked what they were going to do. Her response was. What do you want me to do? I said I want a 15% discount which they did give me. My car wasn't ready to pick up untill 4:30 pm at which time I had no ride untill 5:30. When I got thier to pick up my car the manager wouldn't make eye contact. She did not explain the work that was done. She only asked for my credit card.

Mariah was friendly and on the ball. I was late but she was unfazed, got my car in and the work was done an hour sooner than she originally thought. She did a great job. The parts guys were friendly and quick when I asked for a quote on another key. All the employees I interacted with were friendly and quick to help.

The car was not vacuumed out, looks like the floor mats were dumped out and placed back over the dirty carpet. The only good experience was the customer service given by Jensen Lewis, she is great!!!!

i Was very disappointed that my claim for new tires was denied. I am happy that I was given a free rental car as I am part of the Loyalty Rewards Plus Program.
