Tried to upcharge me once the service was done. Was quoted at $1255 as per a text which I agreed upon. When I arrived to pickup the vehicle it was $1501. It was adjusted but took quite a fight to get it to the originally quoted price. This also occurred on a service two weeks prior - you decided to bill my insurance company even when I did not agree. Very unprofessional. Vehicle was given to me very low on oil this time and started smelling horrible today. I don’t know if this was intentional or an accident after replacing the seal. Either way, very unprofessional. I have spent thousands of dollars at your dealership over the course of several years and the last two experiences have been below average. I will not be back to your dealership (unless something breaks because of a techs incompetence) and I will be notifying the dozens of people I recommended to your service to stay clear.

Good job on the oil change

Jessica was very professional in dealing with me and the vehicle was delivered earlier than estimated.

My service was scheduled for 1 but I was asked to come in early so the employees could go home due to the holiday. I was happy to comply but did not receive any thank you for this and was rushed in and out (hoping the service was done thoroughly). Also last year one of your maintenance text told me one of my tires had a nail hole in it and it was unrepairable. He said I needed a new ($250)tire. I took my car to Les Schwab for a second opinion at which time I learned I had no nails in my tire. I obviously wanted to see what VW would say this time and they too confirmed no nail. There is something gravely wrong if one of your technicians is making up problems to sell tires or if they are not skilled enough to know the difference between a nail or no nail in a tire. I will be following up with corporate.
