Mariah was fine however was unable to answer questions asked. Specifically we inquired about the cost of the same part and service at other local dealerships that were significantly less expensive. The manager either unavailable or unwilling to assist with this issue. This appears to be a patten with this dealership.
Mariah however was very pleasant to work with.
Very warm and thoughtful. She listened to our needs, contacted technician quickly so I could explain some of the symptoms we were struggling with on our Passat. When she found out extended time was necessary, she arranged a loaner car for us to use. Her smile and outgoing personality is a real plus for **** Hannah.
Always very happy with the service, especially when Roy, who I have know prior to owning my present auto, cane to the service dept to talk with me about my car. That’s true dedication to VW customers.

It was the first time in 50,000 miles that I received a report on my car after service was provided. I was asked about my desire for additional services at the beginning but she didn't ask me over and over which has happened at VW of Portland many times in the past. Thanks for being a service department and not a sales department. The oil change took two hours and not six hours. And they cleaned my car at no charge. That was not true of my last two oil changes at VW.
Jessica was so great to work with, she was friendly and kept me updated about the status of my car throughout the day. She even replied to a message after she had left for the day!

i would expect to wait longer for a walk in appointment. it's a little ridiculous to wait nearly three hours for an oil change when i had an appointment though.
