I’ve honestly lost all trust in your company. I’ve been rear ended by one of your lot attendants. Had my bumper replaced because your technician mounted the license plate bracket 6” off of center. Michael quoted me a price for an oil change, then tries to force me to pay a larger amount when it came time to pay. Then tried to shame me in front of other customers. And when it came time to give me my keys maintained a pissy attitude. Done with **** Hannah.
