Mariah is a great help. I actually left my nice water bottle at the service counter. So I called the next day and Mariah was able to find my misplaced item and save it for me to get a couple of days later.

Arriving at the service entrance, Jessica was there with a friendly welcome. While she was finishing up with current customer, she again acknowledged me and said it will be just a few minutes. At my check-in all paperwork was out and ready. Jessica explained everything upfront, as well as, mentioned that she would call if anything changed. Thumbs up!

There was confusion about my Loyalty Plus program . And, after waiting there for almost 3 hours, they said they would need to jeep the far overnight. An app nconvenience!

I had to come back in and take tech for test drive to prove sunroof was making noise after being told there was nothing wrong. Also ended up being charged for a loaner, which seems like it should have been 100% covered as this was a warranty repair. Which I’ve already been in for once (sunroof TSB).
