Your computer system was malfunctioning. I never received my full report...I know you supposedly look over all other basic systems and give a status report, and I didn't receive one.
Mariah told me the part would be available on Friday of last week. When I called Friday to follow up, i was told that the part would not be in until Monday or Tuesday. When I inquired about the discrepancy, I was told by the person I was speaking with that she had no idea as she was off site and had no connection to the dealership as she was a "backup representative." She said that Mariah would call me to discuss what I understood would happen, but I did not receive a phone call.
I was on spring break this past week, so had time to arrange all of the repair issues. Having to come back during work time is a great inconvenience, and I would have asked more questions had I known i would have to make alternative arrangements.
Hanna (and Jeff) went over and above to solve my emergency and get my friend and me back on the road and home safely. With difficult odds, she managed the team to get us back on the road in time for us to catch our ferry and be back home with the families that night. Thank you, thank you, thank you Hannah.
