Dont contact me. I had to call to call to confirm that my part was ordered. When I called the first time, I was told that Mariah would call me back. She didn't. I was not contacted in the two weeks between my initial visit and when I called to make the appointment and confirmation that the part came in. The morning of my appointment, I asked if it's customary for a customer to call to inquire if the part has arrived and was told no. No follow up explanation or apology was given. I am very sad that this seems to be a Hyundai dealership problem as I was given the same treatment at Ron Tonkin Hyundai. You can be sure that my next car will not be a Hyundai, and I will do everything in my power to avoid your dealership.
I was very happy to get in when car was running rough right away .

It took over a week (which I understand was due to shipping time) but no delay discount or free/reduced rental vehicle was offered. Maybe a part inventory check could have saved everyone significant time? Anyway, the actual employees were polite, informative, and helpful. They were the best part of the experience. Especially, Hannah.

The service department has looked disorganized. There were 8 workers standing around and nobody could help when I brought my car. When I was picking up my car they couldn’t find the keys, etc. But people were nice.
