I felt that I should have been told to request a car wash . This was a 40K service before a driving trip to Phoenix. I had to completely readjust the drivers seat when I got into my vehicle. In addition, I had to get my service manual out and ask them to fill out the service page. We do not have a current service advisor as the last three have left and feel this is creating a lack of customer service. The completed work was not gone over when checking out.

I purchased a vehicle and was told I had 12 months of coverage as well as an additional warranty that I purchased through you from Allstate as well. My headlights went out, complete failure, so it is unsafe to drive at night. I called and scheduled an appointment, took the day off work and went down only to find the appointment wasn’t made properly so I had to reschedule for another day. I did that and then was told that my car wasn’t covered because I had gone over miles on the warranty, which I was never told their was one and was told I needed to email the managers at the Vancouver location, which I haven’t had time to do yet. Really frustrating experience that still isn’t resolved and I’ve been driving without headlights in the meantime and travel a LOT for my job. It felt like a typical used car experience to me, being told one thing as a selling point to close and then getting the run around when you go to handle the part where there isn’t dollars involved. PS, the woman who helped me at the dealership on my second trip back was really really nice and seemed to try everything she could to help but management on-site blocked the repair. Quite frustrating.

Some of the worst service I’ve had. From the start. Miscommunication between Hyundai and the third party tow company getting my car to the dealership. Car broke down Wednesday night midnight, didn’t get checked in at dealership until Friday. Then no reports or offers of a loaner car until end of day Saturday. Overall the dealership had my car 2 weeks. In the beginning I was trying to call the dealership to find out what was the problem and see how long I’d be with out my car. No answers. Mariah said she was trying to call me on a wrong number. ?? Hmm. She said she’d leave me a message and I’d have nothing. She would sent me a couple text messages, of which I would reply but then never get a response. Lame. I finally gave up wondering when it was going to be done and called her to ask to have the oil changed while the car was in the shop. When I finally picked up the car the oil didn’t get changed. She said “oops I forgot”. The car was messy. The front tow hook cover was off. I had to put that back in myself. The tow bar was laying on the carpet in back. Didn’t even know what it was or where it was supposed to go. There was coffee spilt all over cup holders in my center console and carpets very dirty. I also found a nut on the back seat floor. I’m afraid to even ask where that goes. Very disappointing service. 1. Super lame communication. This is the most important part of any service job. 2. Would not offer a loaner car until Saturday end of day. So it took 3 days before Hyundai was willing to offer me anything. 3. Took 2 weeks to complete the job. 4. Car was a mess with out the oil being changed. This part was just pure laziness. Hyundai has a cheaper sticker price than Toyota but what is the price of service?

Christopher did a great job of keeping me up to date on what needed to be accomplished. He gave a very close estimate of the cost. He told me about the recalls and that parts would need to be ordered.
