Jessica went above and beyond helping with my unique situation! Car was eventually a total loss with insurance company. Jessica worked with the business that damaged my car and kept me informed through the entire process. She needs to be cloned for all to experience her A++++ service she provides! Best experience ever with any service department I have dealt with for my vehicles! I also own 2 Mercedes Benz and am routinely using their elite service...Jessica beats hand down the customer care over theirs any day!!! Kudos to Jessica!!!

I was not happy with the way Jessica or Jeff handled themselves with this work order. Jessica was not clear on numerous things and was not truthful. In addition both Jessica and Jeff communicated poorly. This has been the worst VW visit ever. I seriously regret taking my car to this specific dealership, because even after the 2 months of lying and lack of communication I finally get my car back, only to find out days later its still not working properly. I did the proper thing by texting Jessica and letting her know which to no ones surprise she didnt reply back. Still on day 3 and nothing.
Hannah is the best! Very knowledgeable and always shows concern and cares service work is done properly, as promised by the dealership.
The entire experience was easy and convenient. Making the appointment was quick and simple, and I was able to get in for the service in a timely fashion. Drop off and pick up were quick, and the text notification for when the car was done was great. I was even able to pay online before I arrived to pick up my vehicle which made everything that much faster. I plan to have all my vehicle maintenance completed at this location.

U should tell customers that u don't wash cars anymore. When we bought the car, we were promised a free hand wash a month. Today was told u don't do it anymore.
