Hannah was wonderful and the bright spot of the appointment. However, overhearing 3 sales associates dropping the F bomb multiple times in the office was very unprofessional and certainly does not uphold your motto of We Believe in Nice. I did discuss the issue with 2 of the 3 involved. Although Nicholas did pay for my oil change, throwing money to pacify a customer does not address the issue. Also, I specifically declined having my tires rotated but whomever worked on my car did it anyway without authorization. I was very disappointed with the experience but as I said above, Hannah was the only professional I encountered yesterday and should be recognized for her outstanding customer service. I will also be sending a letter to the dealership manager.

Hannah Fiorenza took excellent care of us and was able to get our service done 1.5 hours earlier than the standard time. Hannah provided outstanding customer service. Everyone was very friendly and professional. Thank you, Hannah!

The car was not fixed. The diagnosis was not accurate. Check engine light remains and the car tends to choke when pressing the gas pedal to increase speed. Indeed I would like Re-evaluation.

Disappointed that after spending 532.00 on getting car repaired, it wasn’t even washed. My car was parked under a tree that left crap all over it. It was filthy. All my other times bringing car in, I have gotten it back clean at least on outside. Poor customer service on that end. The positive was, Jessica was very good about communication.

Panchajany provided outstanding customer service, understanding that I needed a rental car after I dropped off my car when the engine light went on. It was a busy day for the dealership, and of course I had no appointment, but nonetheless, she made sure my car was diagnosed and returned the same day. Fine work!

The service desk is amazing. Jessica is who I would want working for me if I had a dealership. She was more than accommodating. I can not speak for the actual technical service quality in the shop.
