I got a last minute appointment the night before and they fixed my tire quickly early the next morning. We were going out of town and we were grateful to have it fixed so quickly and efficiently. The techs were polite and helpful.
I am well pleased with the **** Hannah service process and all the peopleinvolved. Panchajany and Miguell were very pleasant, informative and anxious to share what they know about my vehicle and what it needs or doesnt need. Miguell especially, is very informed and goes the extra mile in sharing and listening. Based on my experience with quality associates in the business world, I believe Miguell could be a star employee for Hyundai or anyone. With his demeanor, he should run for public office. I would vote for him.

I was clear the minute I walked in about what I want to be done to my car and only to find out after 2 hours of waiting time I was completely ignored. Not only that both Jessica and Miguel were completely rude and not once have I heard an apology about their mistake. They kept trying to lie to me and defend themselves without apologizing. All of this I could have ignored until Jessica classified my dissatisfaction as “not worthy” Miguel followed her but repeating the same sentence. It was then when I asked to talk to a manager named Jeff to complain but only turned out to be useless. First and last time I would ever come here. Also be aware, after I came home directly from the service lot I immediately noticed a big red marks and scratches as if one of their drivers had a mini fender bender with another car. I was and still is furious about this. Thanks a lot for the horrible day and treatment I’ve experienced today!
Hannah is very, very good. A pleasure to work with. However I'm very disappointed in the efforts to take care of my issue. It is not Hannah's fault.

I could not have had a better experience today. Hannah was friendly, helpful, personable and still professional the whole time. The waiting area was comfortable and clean. My car was even done faster than I had expected.
