The only work I needed to have performed was a recall regarding the shifter and an oil change. When I received my vehicle I was told the technician "noticed" that the finish happened to be peeling around the front of the shift lever. The vehicles interior was damaged during the disassembly of the interior and no one had the balls to admit it. I was told that I may want to consider having the part replaced at my own cost but that it's unnecessary because it's only cosmetic. Complete ****.

The costs of the parts according to the paperwork is extremely inflated. After purchasing my vehicle and having my service done at this dealership all this time, I will look to another company for my future business and will make sure to spread the word about this.

I can’t even begin to describe how poor this whole experience was with **** Hannah. The service that was provided was a complete departure from your brand statement of “Believe in nice”. It seemed that every effort was made to make this the worse customer experience possible. From beginning to end, this whole process took close to a month, which meant I was paying for a car and insurance for a car that I did not get to use. And when I picked up the car, it was covered in birdshit. Nice. Like I said, every effort was made to make this a **** experience. Great job.

Hello! Everyone was extremely nice and accommodating. I just moved from Utah and they always wiped down the dashboard, vacuumed quickly and washed the outside of the car. I got a coupon for the outside to wash my car later from this dealership. It was there for 8 hours, and though small, I do feel like having a car returned clean makes a huge difference. Just something to consider doing for customers in the future.
