After a warranty claim was mistakenly denied I appealed to the dealer to review the stated warranty in the owners manual and they complied with a new water pump installed. After the initial mistake everything fell into place and I am satisfied with the transaction.

I asked for fuel filter and oil changed, I asked twice if the 89 dollar charge included the fuel filter and was advised that it was included...when my car was ready I asked again if he did the fuel filter and was told no...I'm still upset about it and left

Jessica was unbelievably nice and very helpful. Cannot stress how great she was. Everyone at the dealership was very personable. I appreciated that the dealership was on top of recalls for the car and budgeted in time to fix it so I wouldn’t have to make an additional trip. If I had any constructive criticism it would be that I’d like to know if another service is being planned to be performed on the car as I was a little surprised for an oil change to take two hours. However it made perfect sense once I found out about the recall on the trunk spring. Fantastic customer service all around, will only be coming to this dealership from now on to service my car.
