The check in was breezy and she let me know what I was getting done today she informed me that i had a recall that would be couple of hrs, I wasn't planning to leave my car all day there but I managed. it would of been nice to know when I made my appointment so I would plan for my day. The disappointed part was it would of been nice getting update regarding the transmission fluid turning out I didn't need it. When it came to picking up my car it was a desert. Our service rep came in grabbed something and started checking in a car.she didn't even acknowledge I was there not a simple "I'll be right with you" left for about 20 min doing whatever she was doing before coming back to her desk. Just frustrating something that should of been an easy process just took longer. I think a better customer service is something that needs to be worked on.
The entire process was easy and straightforward. Hannah was very friendly and provided great assistance.
Panchajany was wonderful. She explained everything, even when I asked silly questions. She also helped me save some money, which was awesome!

I wanted a 15k maintenance w/ the exception of the air cabin filter (which I had already purchased from your parts dept & had installed) & additive. The linkage is supposed to be inspected at 15k & it wasn’t done. Now I have to take more time out of my schedule to take it somewhere to have that done.
Mariah was friendly, efficient and got the mechanic who worked on my car so I could ask him a question. She also grabbed an item out of my car that I needed. She didn’t give a second thought as to doing those things for me. She goes above and beyond the scope of her duties! Thank you Mariah!

Service was great. But I had a coupon that included a car wash but wasn’t given the token for Washman. But other than that, service was great and staff were friendly.
I don’t have a lot of time available. I was told that I couldn’t get a loaner vehicle to wait for a recall repair. Now I have to wait about 6 weeks
Everything was fine with the exception of the service tech sitting in my leather seat with a sharp object. Almost punctured the leather and left an indentation in the leather. Miguel was fantastic, that I want known. I'll deal with him only in future if possible.
Can’t really say enough positive stuff about the service I received Fromm hannah. Absolutely wonderful, complete, ethical. Have always avoided dealership service, but I was soooooooo pleasantly surprised
