Hannah verified my tire tread and was able to recommend that I don’t replace my tires yet, saving me money. She recommended that I get seasonal/better tires to get better traction in the rain if I would like. Very nice and friendly.
It took a very long time for VW to complete my service due to my auto warranty companies’ many demands and poor/slow communication, but it was done. I appreciate the communication and updates when needed. I was in the hospital most of this time, so it was nice not having one less thing to stress about and receiving my car back right in time.

I took my car in for some recall Work and my horn worked. Went to use my horn after.... didn't work. Volkswagen says not related. I think it is since it was an airbag in my steering wheel. Said it would cost $500 to fix. Told them not to fix. Still wondering why I brought my car in with all working parts and I left with a non- working horn.
