Incredibly friendly and helpful folks that made you feel completely safe leaving your car. I would never consider going anywhere else. I have lived in Portland for 30 years and these folks are the best.

My only comment is that it looks like like the mechanic left grease on my passenger door. I am not 100%sure though so that is why I am leaving a high rating.

This was much better my earlier maintenance experience. I was told how long it would take and the car was ready at that time. During the earlier visit, I was told 2 hours and it took something like 5 hours

Comments on brakes where not accurate. They noted 5mm left. It is closer to 1-2mm and needs replacement. I know because I was having them replaced later that day at Les Schwab and visual saw them gauge them.
Service team was nice and helpful though.
