Are you kidding? I just came there beause this time I could not the right tool to fix the problem myself. So I take the car in, to change the thermostat and leave with a P0011 code for camshaft position code that I never had and can be triggered by an unplugged connector. I asked Chad (the manager) how that happened and he was just shrugging his houlders and did not say anything. At least he learned that lesson, do not incriminate himself more. This is the second time when your team of so called qualified technicians screw up this car. About 8 years ago your team did a recall for steering and installed on my car a wirring to short that ripped apart a day latter while traveling on vacation, that the Stockton VW dealer fixed. And you are asking if I am satisfied? I need to sue your dealership for incompetence.

After spending as much money as I did in such a short period of time for car maintenance, a free car wash/interior cleaning would be a good gesture. It **** spending about $1000 on your car’s maintenance and you guys can’t even clean it up before delivery. The fact that you deliver cars the way you do is a testement to your brand. Not even a simple wipe down or a vacuuming... not classy at all. A free car wash worth $35 seems like a reasonable accommodation after spending that much on maintenance. Like hey, let me like my car upon delivery more so I am more willing to come back. The cute service advisor girl isn’t enough to make me want to come back.

Dayton was A+ great. He Provided me with clear and precise information on how the process Emission Program worked and what expect next after I left the dealership. He also went out his way and provided me with a courtesy shuttle when I dropped my car off. He's GREAT!!!!

I paid $480 and my car was not washed. I understand everyone hustled to have my car serviced by COB Saturday and am grateful for that. However, I was quoted a price of $460 and don’t appreciate being charged $20 more.

Everything went well! Service advisor was very attentive and let me know what was going on The only thing was sticker on front window Was not changed so I have to calculate myself When to return for service, lol not a big deal
