It had nothing to do with Mr. Wong. I picked my car up on Tuesday afternoon, and after about 20 miles of driving, the check engine light was back on and flashing, the car was shaking, and the EPC light turned on. I had to get it towed back to the dealer the next day. Mr. Wong wad the only good part of my experience at this dealership.
For my recent service, I was charged the maximum amount that Noah and the employee that checked me in could get away with, rather than simply the fair price. I had a $30 coupon for an oil change, multipoint inspection (MPI), and hand car wash, but was told when checking in that the MPI on that coupon was different (specifically, that it included less points) than the MPI associated with the service I was in for (specifically, the 22,500 mile service, for which I was told the price was $110). But when I asked for a list of the points on each MPI, neither employee could produce one, and both gave ambiguous answers as to what the differences were. For fear of doing anything bad for my car, I went with the more expensive service option, but I’ve felt bad about it ever since, like I got ripped off.
Additionally, apparently the car wash was down, but I should have been given a voucher for a future wash, or coupon to a nearby car wash, or refunded a portion of the price, since a quality car wash is a pretty universally expected part of routine service at any reputable dealership.
Lastly, it was clear that both men tried to avoid giving me the 10% military discount. I had to show my military ID card and ask repeatedly.
For these several reasons, the overall experience was very disappointing.

After servicing the vehicle for example an oil change they should just do a complementary vacuuming of the interior. It is simple easy and makes a big difference to your customers. Many other dealers do this and it would make you guys up there with the rest.
Expense ,but loyal customer discount helps and had my vehicle back wed. Thank you.

Other dealerships I've had service with at least washed the outside of the car, sometimes vacuumed the inside. Would have been great to include car wash
The wait time, comfort of lobby and friendliness of Dayton was good. However, I paid extra for a windshield coating that I have an issue with. Apparently the windshield wasn’t cleaned before the coating was applied and now I have a 12 inch dirt streak right in my line of view when it is sunny/bright out. I identified the dirt streak within 10 minutes of leaving the service shop and texted Dayton as soon as I could to share the issue and see what could be done. I never received a text reply even though we had texted earlier in the day (Dayton texted updates during the service) and I was texted this survey twice at this number.
