Great service - I wish your prices ere more in line with other competitors who due the same service.
Service was excellent - except your detail shop for service is down, and I understand it has been that way some time. No car wash I understand because it is too cold. But no vacuum!!! How are you detailing out new cars??

Noah is really pleasant to deal with. I don't want anyone but Noah to work with for my cars. He puts up with me, and I'm picky about my cars and can be direct at times and he never seems to be offended, though I'm not disrespectful by any means.

I wasn't called to see if I wanted any services completed that failed testing. I would have asked to have 2 additional services.
The car was also not washed nor was I given a wash voucher but told they were short staffed.
Chad was excellent to deal with and surpassed my expectations. Far superior to our nearest Hyundai service center.

Completed another survey so this might be duplicate. Our service manager was great and really helpful. There just seemed to be some improvements needed on overall processes, which were out of her control.
Disappointed with customer service & high pricing, although always satisfied with work completed. I found out brakes need replacing after waiting 3 hours for scheduled maintenance to be done. I’ve been a VW customer in Maryland, Minnesota, and now Oregon, but somehow the communication here has been the most impersonal and lacking of all my experiences. Maybe I need to go elsewhere as there seems little incentive to continue being a loyal customer.
Service itself was fine. However, I reached out to someone in advance and they quoted me at 99.49. Then when my husband showed up to get the service done the same person tried to charge him 135 and only honored the price I was quoted when I sent my husband the emails I had exchanged with him before. This isn’t a good way to build trust with your customers.

Noah was terrific! My service was kind of an emergency situation and he got right on it, gave me good info, and kept in touch via text over the several days it took to repair the car. His attitude was very helpful throughout and was/is an excellent ambassador for the company.
I was disappointed that a car wash was not included in my service this time. All the other services I've had included a wash.
